Grand Rapids, Mich. – Attorneys and staff from local Grand Rapids law firms are playing Santa’s elves for the 18th annual “Santa Brings a Lawsuit” donation drive to benefit Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids. The non-profit is asking for donations for men and women’s suits or business attire during this holiday season.
The donations provide interview apparel for those in need seeking employment at no cost throughout Goodwill’s job training and placement programs. Accepted items include suits, dress shirts, ties, dress shoes, etc.
You can drop off your donations from Dec. 2 through Dec. 18 at either GR Bar Association at 161 Ottawa St. NW, Suite 203-B, MVP Metro at 33 Fountain St. NW, or Schnelker, Rassi and McConnell, PLC at 44 Grandville Ave. SW, Suite 200.
Since Jan. 1 of 2016, Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids has placed 599 individuals into employment in the Greater Grand Rapids area thanks to the donations from the community that support their mission.
